1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AI Catalog Builder you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AI Catalog Builder is a product operated by Osmoverse India Pvt Ltd.
2. Service Description
AI Catalog Builder, a product of Osmoverse India Pvt Ltd, provides catalog processing services. The platform accepts CSV, XLSX, XLS, and TXT product files and processes them to produce an enriched CSV with original product fields plus AI-generated titles, descriptions, SEO metadata, and tags. PDF, ZIP, and image processing are not available in the current release. The service is provided on a per-job, one-time-payment basis. A maximum of 1,000 products per job applies.
3. Payment
Payments are collected by Osmoverse India Pvt Ltd on behalf of AI Catalog Builder through Razorpay. Payment is required before catalog processing begins. All payments are one-time charges based on the detected product count. There are no recurring subscriptions. Customers with more than 1,000 products must contact us for a custom Enterprise agreement.
4. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In general, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of payment.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the files you submit. You must not upload files that contain illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate service for policy violations. You are responsible for saving your Job ID — the service does not provide user accounts and lost Job IDs cannot be recovered. AI-generated titles, descriptions, and metadata may contain errors; you must review all output for accuracy, legal compliance, and platform suitability before publication.
6. Data and Files
Uploaded files, job data, and associated outputs are retained for operational purposes. You may request deletion of your job data at any time by contacting us with your Job ID. We recommend downloading your results promptly after processing is complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI Catalog Builder is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output formats, platform-specific import compatibility, or any particular level of accuracy in AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded files and any processed outputs derived from them. We claim no ownership over your content.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Osmoverse India Pvt Ltd is the legal entity responsible for operating AI Catalog Builder. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
