1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AI Catalog Builder you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
AI Catalog Builder provides catalog processing services. The platform accepts uploaded product files (CSV, XLSX, PDF, images) and processes them to produce structured product catalog data. Available features may vary depending on the current version of the platform. The service is provided on a per-job, one-time-payment basis.
3. Payment
Payment is required before catalog processing begins. All payments are one-time charges based on the detected product count. There are no recurring subscriptions. Customers with more than 1,000 products may be directed to a custom agreement.
4. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In general, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of payment.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the files you submit. You must not upload files that contain illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate service for policy violations.
6. Data and File Expiry
All uploaded files, job data, and any associated outputs are permanently deleted 7 days after job creation. You are responsible for downloading your results within this window.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI Catalog Builder is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output formats, or any particular level of accuracy. Available capabilities may vary depending on the current state of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded files and any processed outputs derived from them. We claim no ownership over your content.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
