AI Catalog Builder is a product operated by Osmoverse India Pvt Ltd, registered at 131, Shibtalaghat Road, PO + PS: Jiaganj, District: Murshidabad, West Bengal 742123, India (GSTIN: 19AAECO4940N1ZX). This Privacy Policy governs how Osmoverse India Pvt Ltd collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the AI Catalog Builder service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the files you upload for catalog processing (CSV, XLSX, XLS, and TXT), your IP address for security logging, payment transaction identifiers from Razorpay, our payment processor, and website usage data through Google Analytics 4 (such as pages visited and browser or device information). We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you contact us by email.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your uploaded files are processed solely to generate your product catalog. File data is stored securely under a UUID-based Job ID and may be deleted upon request. Payment data is handled by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers. We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the site.
4. AI Processing
Product data extracted from your uploaded files is transmitted to OpenAI's API solely to generate AI-enriched catalog text fields (titles, descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, and tags). OpenAI processes this data under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy. We do not use your data to train our own models.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded files, generated catalogs, and associated job data are retained for operational purposes and may be deleted upon request. To request deletion, contact us with your Job ID at support@aicatalogbuilder.com. Payment records are retained for legal and accounting compliance. We do not currently enforce an automatic download expiry in the product.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only as required to operate the service: with OpenAI for AI catalog enrichment, with Razorpay for payment processing, with Google for website analytics (Google Analytics 4), with cloud storage and database providers for hosting, or as required by law.
7. Cookies and Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect usage data about how visitors use this website. Google processes this data under Google's terms and privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Files are stored using UUID-based paths that are not guessable. We apply rate limiting on public API endpoints to prevent abuse.
9. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your job data at any time by contacting us with your Job ID.
