1. Information We Collect
We collect the files you upload (CSV, XLSX, PDF, images), your IP address for security logging, and payment transaction identifiers from our payment processor. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you contact us by email.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your uploaded files are processed solely to generate your product catalog. File data is stored temporarily under a UUID-based Job ID and is automatically deleted after 7 days. Payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
3. Data Retention
Uploaded files, generated catalogs, and all associated job data are permanently deleted 7 days after the job is created. Payment records are retained for legal and accounting compliance.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., cloud storage providers) or as required by law.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Files are stored using UUID-based paths that are not guessable. We apply rate limiting on public API endpoints to prevent abuse.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your job data at any time by contacting us with your Job ID. As files expire after 7 days, most data is automatically removed without any action required.
