How long are my uploaded files stored?

All uploaded files, job data, and generated catalogs are permanently deleted 7 days after the job is created. Download your results before the expiry window.

Is it safe to upload my product data?

Yes. All uploads are transmitted over HTTPS. Files are stored under randomly generated UUID paths that cannot be guessed. We do not share your files with third parties.

How should I format my CSV file?

Your CSV should have a single header row as the first row, with one product per subsequent row. Column names do not need to follow any specific convention — the AI will interpret them.

Does the product count include the header row?

No. The header row is excluded from the product count. Only data rows count toward your estimated products number.

Can I upload multiple CSV files in one job?

Yes. The product counts from all CSV and XLSX files are summed together to produce the total Estimated Products shown before payment.

Which worksheet is read from an XLSX file?

The first worksheet (Sheet 1) is used. If you have product data on a different sheet, move it to the first sheet before uploading.

What if my XLSX file has empty rows?

Empty rows are automatically excluded from the product count. Only rows with at least one non-empty cell are counted.

Yes. ZIP files containing product images are supported. The AI will attempt to associate images with products based on file names and catalog data.

Images are matched using file name conventions. For best results, name image files after your product SKU or product name as it appears in your CSV/XLSX.

Are there restrictions on image formats inside a ZIP?

How does the product count estimate work?

When you select CSV or XLSX files, the app reads the files locally in your browser, counts the non-empty data rows (excluding headers), and shows the total as 'Estimated Products' before you upload or pay.

What if I lose my Job ID?

Job IDs cannot be recovered once lost. The system is Job ID-based and does not use user accounts. We strongly recommend copying and saving your Job ID immediately after upload.
